Absolutely! Contact us for mailing instructions. The price covers labor and materials to transform your plushie into a functional chalk bag.
What happens if I don't respond with customization details?
If we don't hear back from you about customization options within a reasonable timeframe, we may need to cancel your order with a partial refund. We'll reach out a few times before taking this step.
When will I receive tracking for my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
How long does shipping take?
Processing times vary by product: Wine Racks (US & Canada): 4–6 weeks, Chalk Bags: 1–3 weeks, Candles: 5–10 days, Stickers: 5–7 days, Can Cozies: 5–7 days. Processing times depend on material availability and order volume.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However, buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes. EmpressThings is not responsible for customs delays.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Do not throw away the packaging! Contact us immediately at kahlea@empressthings.com with photos of the damage, the item, and all packaging materials. We'll make you a replacement free of charge. For UPS shipments, UPS will arrange pickup of the damaged item in its original box.
What is your return policy?
Handmade items (wine racks, chalk bags, and candles) are made-to-order and are final sale. Some items may be eligible for exchange on a case-by-case basis. Email kahlea@empressthings.com to discuss options.
