Returns & Refunds

Because each piece is handmade to order, all items (including wine racks, chalk bags, candles, and other handmade products) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

In certain circumstances, we may offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at kahlea@empressthings.com to discuss your situation.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, your order enters production and cannot be canceled.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately at kahlea@empressthings.com with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
