Shipping policy

Shipping Protection

All shipments are protected with tracking and insurance to ensure your handmade items arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, do not throw away the packaging. Contact us immediately at kahlea@empressthings.com with photos of the damage, the item, and all packaging materials. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Processing & Shipping Times

- Wine Racks (US & Canada): 4–6 weeks
- Chalk Bags: 1–3 weeks
- Candles: 5–10 days
- Stickers: 5–7 days
- Can Cozies: 5–7 days

Processing times depend on material availability and order volume. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes. EmpressThings is not responsible for customs delays.

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged during shipping, we'll make you a replacement free of charge. Send us clear photos of the damaged packaging and item. For UPS shipments, UPS will arrange pickup of the damaged item in its original box.
