Processing times depend on material availability and order volume. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

International Orders: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes. EmpressThings is not responsible for customs delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Handmade Items: Wine racks, chalk bags, and candles are made-to-order and are final sale.

Cancellations

Dust regularly, avoid direct sunlight, ensure it's stable and secure, blot spills immediately, maintain moderate humidity, use wood polish occasionally, and follow weight limits.

When will I receive tracking for my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Can I provide my own plushie for a custom chalk bag?
Yes! Contact us for mailing instructions. The price covers labor and materials to transform your plushie into a functional chalk bag.

What are your candles made from?
All candles are made from natural soy wax.

What happens if I don't respond with customization details?
If we don't hear back from you about customization options within a reasonable timeframe, we may need to cancel your order with a partial refund. We'll reach out a few times before taking this step!

What if my wine rack arrives damaged?
If your wine rack is damaged during UPS shipping, we'll make you a replacement free of charge. Just send us clear photos of the damaged packaging and item. UPS will arrange pickup of the damaged rack in its original box.
